"Their Home, Our Landfill" educational children's book that I wrote, illustrated, designed and formatted for print. This book highlights how plastic pollution effects our natural world, and how families can help make a positive impact.

-All works done at Pierce Cedar Creek Environmental Education Center-
During the Summer of 2018 I was accepted as a paid Gordon Art Fellow at their nature preserve, to create a Children's book. My proposal for this project was to illustrate a book about plastic pollution and the effects it might have on animals of different habitats throughout Michigan. My book follows 6 animals, and their interactions with our human waste in the natural world. Educational pages follow with how you and your family can reduce single use plastic consumption, and overall waste.
